You may reschedule your booking request via the Soothe mobile app.
- Press the Bookings tab located at the bottom of the home screen.
- View your appointment details located underneath the Upcoming tab.
- Select the appointment that you wish to reschedule.
- Manage your appointment by selecting from the following options;
Extend appointment
Reschedule Appointment
Cancel Appointment
If your select to reschedule your appointment, you will be able to reschedule completely free of charge (If a Provider has not yet been confirmed to your booking)
If the rescheduling of this session falls within our cancellation/reschedule policy time restrictions, the app will confirm a rescheduling fee before moving forward with rescheduling.
