Rescheduling an appointment

Article Summary

You may reschedule your booking request via the Soothe mobile app.

  1. Press the Bookings tab located at the bottom of the home screen.
  2. View your appointment details located underneath the Upcoming tab.
  3. Select the appointment that you wish to reschedule.
  4. Manage your appointment by selecting from the following options;

Extend appointment
Reschedule Appointment
Cancel Appointment

If your select to reschedule your appointment, you will be able to reschedule completely free of charge (If a Provider has not yet been confirmed to your booking)

If the rescheduling of this session falls within our cancellation/reschedule policy time restrictions, the app will confirm a rescheduling fee before moving forward with rescheduling.
