Cancel an appointment

You may cancel your appointment request via the Soothe mobile app.

1. Select the Bookings tab located at the bottom of the home screen.
2. Under the Upcoming section, select your appointment.
3. Tap Cancel Appointment to proceed with your cancellation.

If the cancellation request falls within our cancellation & reschedule policy time restrictions, the app will confirm a cancellation fee before canceling.
