Cancellation policy

• You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 4 hours before the appointment time with no penalty ​

• If you reschedule with less than 4 hour’s notice, prior to the appointment, we charge a 50% of the total for the appointment (1 2 3 4) ​
• If you reschedule with less than 2 hour’s notice, prior to the appointment, we charge a 100% of the total for the appointment (1 3 4)
• If you cancel with less than 4 hour’s notice, prior to the appointment, we charge a 50% of the total for the appointment (1 2 3 4) ​
• If you cancel with less than 2 hour’s notice, prior to the appointment, we charge a 100% of the total for the appointment (1 3 4)

(1) except if no therapist is assigned, then it’s free of charge.

(2) Couples/Group appointments with 2 pros assigned incur a 100% Charge.

(3) All Charges are based on original price before discounts, credits and/or subscription minutes used.

(4) A 10 minute grace period for all cancellations after initial booking AND all slots are assigned will be applied for all bookings
