Rebooking with a provider

You are welcome to rebook with your preferred provider via the Soothe mobile app or website.

To request your booking:

  1. Log in to the Soothe mobile app.
  2. Select the Bookings tab located at the bottom of the home page.
  3. Tap Rebook with [provider name]
  4. Select the preferred service type for your appointment request.
  5. Choose the preferred length for your session.
  6. On the following screen, you will be prompted with a list of available times that the provider has selected based on their availability. Select the time and date that works best for your schedule.
  7. Review your appointment details before your checkout.
  8. Add your preferred tip for your provider and select the Request Appointment tab in order to complete your booking request.

You can monitor the status of your appointment via the Soothe mobile app.
