In-home & Non-Spa Hospitality Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To offer flexibility while also respecting our providers’ time, the following cancellation policy applies to in-home consumer appointments and non-spa hospitality partnerships.
Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Guidelines
If you need to adjust your appointment, please refer to the guidelines provided below:
• Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.
• Changes made with less than 4 hours’ notice will incur a fee to compensate providers for their blocked time and lost earning opportunities.
Providers reserve time specifically for scheduled sessions and may decline other appointments as a result. These fees help ensure fairness and recognize the impact of last-minute changes.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Our goal is to remain as accommodating as possible while maintaining service reliability and provider availability for all clients.
