Rating your provider

Once your appointment has been completed, you will be able to rate and review your provider's performance.

Submit your review based on their professionalism, technique, equipment, timeliness, and whether or not you would book with them again. If you would prefer not to rate your provider, you can skip this section.

If you forget to review your provider, or accidentally skip the prompt, you can always access your past appointments through the Bookings tab via the Soothe mobile app.
