Setting Up Your Soothe Provider Profile and Banking Details

Once accepted onto the Soothe network, you will be directed to set up your Soothe provider profile. Part of this process includes entering your preferred banking details in your Stripe account. Once your banking information is verified, all future payouts will be deposited directly into your account.

In-Home Payouts

After completing an appointment, payouts are processed immediately. You can expect to receive your earnings via direct deposit within 1-2 business days, depending on your location and financial institution.

Corporate Wellness Payouts
Payouts have a 24-hour waiting period after appointment completion before processing to allow for any post-shift adjustments including but not limited to:

  • Change in shift start/end time
  • Change in break duration

If it has been more than 5 business days and no payment has been received, please reach out to Staffing Support for further assistance.

Spa Staffing Payouts
Spa Shift payouts have a 24 hour waiting period after shift completion before processing to allow for any post-shift adjustments including but not limited to:

  • Change in shift start/end time

Events Payouts:
Payouts for Employee Wellness/Event appointments are issued within 1-2 business days after completion of the appointment via direct deposit. Once processed, please allow up to an additional 1-2 business days for the payment to reflect depending on your financial institution.

Should you not have received your payout after 4 business days please reach out to Staffing Support for further assistance.

Important Note

Soothe is not responsible for payout delays or issues caused by incorrect bank details in your Stripe account. It is the provider’s responsibility to ensure accurate banking information is on file.

Tipping

Soothe makes it easy for clients to provide tips directly through the mobile app for in-home appointments.

  • Providers receive 100% of the tip amount.
  • Please note that tips are paid out separately from the base payout after the appointment is completed.
  • The tip amount will be deposited within 24-48 hours of being submitted by the client.

Cancellation Payouts

In accordance with our Client Cancellation Policy, providers are entitled to cancellation payouts if an appointment is canceled within the specified time frame. If a cancellation payout is due and is not automatically reflected in your account, please contact prosupport@soothe.com for assistance.
