Payouts: Spa Staffing

Spa Shift payouts have a 24 hour waiting period after shift completion before processing payment to allow for any post-shift adjustments including but not limited to:

• Change in shift start/end time
• Change in break duration

Once the 24 hour waiting period has passed, please allow up to an additional 1-3 business days for the payment to reflect depending on your financial institution. Shift payment statuses can be viewed within the App by following the steps:

1. Select Activity within the menu option
2. Select Earnings
3. Payout history visibility can be filtered based on your needs.
