It is standard for Spa gratuity to be processed on a semi-monthly basis.
- Shifts completed from the 1st - 14th will be processed the week of the 15th
- Shifts completed from the 15th - 30th/31st will be processed the week of the 1st of the following month
Should the Spa Partner opt to add gratuity earlier than the expected date you will see a pending gratuity payment for the applicable shift(s) but will still adhere to the provided semi-monthly schedule before considered late. Once processed, there is 24 hour waiting period to allow for any adjustments. Once the waiting period has passed, please allow up to an additional 1-3 business days (not including weekends/holidays) for the payment to reflect depending on your financial institution.
