Your safety comes first.

All reports are completely confidential and are sent directly to our dedicated Trust and Safety team for review. To report any misconduct you experience, please reach out to our team at: safety@soothe.com.

We also encourage our community to contact local emergency services if they are in immediate danger. We are here to support and will cooperate with law enforcement at any stage.

Our team is working hard behind the scenes to release in-app reporting functions for all types of Soothe appointments. If you don't see an option to report directly in app, please continue to reach out safety@soothe.com or call our Trust and Safety team at (415) 417-2063.
