Creating your Location Bundles

Set up and easily customize your preferred locations for accepting appointment offers.

Follow the steps below to set a location:

1. Log into the Soothe Provider App
2. Go to offers > offer preferences > service areas
3. Using your finger, draw out exactly where you like to accept offers from on the map.
4. To view our Instructional video, scroll down to the bottom of this article and select the video attachment.

You can set multiple service locations in order to see offers that best match your needs and schedule. Also, grouping these locations together into Location Bundles allows you to easily be in control of your appointment offer preferences range.

We recommend setting up Instant Confirm, which automatically assigns appointments to you based on your preferred schedule.

The For You offers are based on the locations and settings that you set in preferences. Other Offers may be outside your appointment preferences.

To set your preferred location for General Offers, click here.

Under General Offers you can easily select which appointment you would like to view and accept. If appointments are not currently available in your area, a message will appear that states, 'No offers yet.'
