Change or reset your password

In order to reset your Soothe password, you will need to first log out of your Soothe account before you can access the password reset link.

You can request a link to reset your Soothe password by visiting the following link:

• Enter the email address associated with your Soothe account.
• An email will be sent to you that includes a new link to reset your password.

We recommend using a strong, unique password. A strong password is:

• At least 12 characters long but 14 or more is better.
• A combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Not a word that can be found in a dictionary or the name of a person, character, product, or organization.
• Significantly different from your previous passwords.
• A phrase that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess.
