Verifying Your Account

At Soothe, account safety is important to us. All customers are required to complete an account verification process.

To ensure that your information is accurate and up-to-date, we may require that you verifiy your phone number via SMS. You'll receive a 4-digit personal code to enter and verify your account.

Complete the steps below to create and verify your account:

1. Create an account by providing the following information:

• Name
• Email address
• Password

2. Enter your Phone number
3. Check the box located below the phone number field and select the Agree and Sign Up tab.
4. Confirm the 4-digit code received via SMS to the phone number provided. If you didn't receive the code, you can click the Send again link.

If you currently have an account created under the same phone number, you will be prompted to enter a different number or will receive an error message that will prompt you to Contact Us.
