Delete your account

If you would like to request to delete your Soothe account, please follow the steps below:

For IOS Users:

1. Log into the Soothe mobile app
2. Open the main menu
3. Under Account Settings, select Account Info
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap on 'Delete Account'

For Android and Web Users, please contact support@soothe.com to request to delete your Soothe account.
