If you’re receiving an error while using our app, please double-check the following:

  • Double-check that your app is up to date and reflects the most recent version
  • Confirm that your IOS or Android system is up to date
  • Clear your cache/cookies from the Soothe app which is located in your app settings

If you’re still experiencing an error, please contact us and include a screenshot of the error message.
