Creating your Soothe Provider Account

A link will be provided during the onboarding process to create your account by completing a new online registration form. Please note this link will not be sent until all credentials are processed and validated.

The steps to create your account will be available in the email sent with the link as well as a short course that walks you through completing your Soothe account as well as your Stripe account. At Soothe we use Stripe, they are a payment processing system that sends Provider payouts in as little as 1-2 days after appointment completion.

Stripe will ask for identity verification documentation as well as your social security number, as they will also be creating all provider 1099’s at the end of the year. This information is vital to submit in order to activate your Soothe account.
