$300 Referral Bonus

• Refer a new provider (someone who has never signed up to be a provider on the Soothe network)
  • Receive $125 for the referral after the Provider has completed 3 appointments.
  • The referred Provider will receive $75.
  • Receive an additional $175 for the referral after the provider has completed 20 appointments in a 60- day period.
  • The referred Provider will receive an additional $125.

$500 Activation Bonus

• If you are a new Provider and complete 10 appointments within your first 35 days from being activated into the network, you will qualify for a $500 bonus!

$500 New Service Bonus

• If you are an existing provider on the network and are dual-licensed for other services, you can qualify for this bonus if you complete 10 appointments under your new license within 35 days of getting your license approved and added onto your account.

$100 Provider Spotlight Bonus

• If you complete 10 bookings in a calendar month and maintain a 4.8 star rating or higher, you are eligible for a chance to win a Provider Spotlight Bonus. Each month, one qualified Provider will be randomly selected for the spotlight program.
