- $300 Referral Bonus
- Refer a new provider to the Soothe network and earn a bonus when they get started.
- Eligibility & Payout
- Refer a new provider (someone who has never signed up with Soothe).
- You’ll receive $300 once the referred provider completes 3 appointments or shifts.
- The referred provider will receive $200.
🏠 In-Home & Hospitality Referral Bonus
$125 Referral Bonus
- Earn a bonus for referring a new provider to in-home or hospitality services.
- Eligibility & Payout
- Refer a new provider to the Soothe network.
- You’ll receive $125 once the referred provider completes 3 appointments.
- The referred provider will receive $75.

How to Qualify:
- Complete 10 appointments within your first 35 days after being activated on the network.
- Earn a $300 Activation Bonus once the requirement is met.

Already on the network and licensed for additional services? You may qualify for this bonus.
How to Qualify
- Add your new license to your Soothe account.
- Complete 10 appointments under the new license within 35 days of license approval.
- Earn a $300 bonus after completing the requirement.

Get recognized for exceptional performance!
Eligibility
- Complete 10 bookings within a calendar month.
- Maintain a 4.8-star rating or higher.
- Each month, three qualified providers are randomly selected to receive a $200 Spotlight Bonus.
📩 How to Submit a Referral
To ensure your referral is properly tracked:
- Email Soothe Onboarding with the full name of the provider you’re referring.
- The referred provider must include your full name when applying.
- Once onboarding is complete and bonus requirements are met, we’ll contact you with payout details.

Once you’ve met all requirements for a bonus:
Contact Soothe Onboarding so we can process your payout.
⏳ Bonus Payment Timeline
Here’s what to expect after qualifying for a bonus:
- Bonus payouts are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
- Payments are issued through your connected Stripe account, the same way you receive appointment earnings.
- If more than 10 business days have passed, please reach out to Soothe Onboarding for an update.
