Extending my appointment

You may extend your massage request via our mobile app if your provider is available to accommodate extra time.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Confirm the extension with the provider assigned to your appointment
2. Open the Soothe mobile app
3. Press the profile icon in the top right corner
4. Select the Bookings tab
5. Locate the appointment you wish to extend and select Extend

The minimum length of an extension is 15 minutes. Please keep in mind that extending via our mobile app will charge the default credit card on file. You cannot use minutes or massage credits toward your session extension.
