Contacting your provider through inbox

All conversation history will now be visible under the Inbox tab.
The Inbox icon is located at the bottom of the screen.

*Please note that if you are using the web version of Soothe, you will see the inbox icon in the header at the top of the screen. *

  1. Log into the Soothe mobile app.
  2. Select the Bookings tab.
  3. From the appointment details screen, select the appointment that reflects the provider you would like to contact.
  4. Scroll down to the provider section and select the Contact tab to initiate a new conversation.

If you have a couple’s appointment with two providers, you can select to send your message to either provider or start a group chat with both providers.

Once a provider has sent a message, you will receive a push notification and email. A badge will appear on the inbox tab indicating that you have an unread message.
