Adding and updating your credit card

We cannot accept any payment information over chat or email, for security purposes.

Please log in to the Soothe mobile app, to update your payment information.

1. Select the Profile icon located at the top right-hand corner of the home page.
2. Under Account settings, select the Payment Method tab.
3. Tap Add payment method to enter your updated payment details.
4. Select Save payment in order to save the updated card to your Soothe account.

Please note that we will only authorize your card when you request a service. The funds will be captured only after your appointment with a Provider has been confirmed and completed.
