Turning on notifications

To receive updates regarding your appointment requests, it’s important to ensure that your notifications are turned on for the Soothe Provider mobile app.
Follow the steps below to turn on your notifications:
For IOS users, Go to settings and tap notifications. Select the Soothe app under notification style. Under alerts, choose the alert style you prefer.
For Android users, Open your phone’s settings app, tap notifications, and app settings. Under All apps tap on the Soothe mobile app. Turn the app’s notifications on.
If you’re still unable to receive our notifications, please uninstall and reinstall the app from your mobile device.
Once you log into your account, a pop-up message will appear and prompt you to allow notifications.
