Reporting a safety concern

Your safety comes first.

All reports are completely confidential and are sent directly to our dedicated Trust and Safety team for review. To report any misconduct you experience, open your Soothe app and follow the steps below:

1. Go to the messages with the person you want to report.
2. Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner and select ‘Report’.
3. Let us know what’s happening by selecting the most relevant category for your concern.
4. Provide the details you feel comfortable sharing, tap ‘Report’ and we’ll take care of the rest.

If you are having trouble reporting via the App, please reach out to our team at: safety@soothe.com.

We also encourage our community to contact local emergency services if they are in immediate danger. We are here to support and will cooperate with law enforcement at any stage.
