Client Cancellations and Payouts

If a client cancels a confirmed appointment, you may be eligible for a cancellation payout based on Soothe’s Client Cancellation Policy. Eligibility depends on when the client cancels in relation to the scheduled start time.

Key Points

• Cancellation payouts are automatic. If a client cancels within the eligible window, your payout will be applied without action on your part.
• Payouts are deposited directly into the bank account you have on file, typically within 1–2 business days after the cancellation is processed.
• Client cancellations do not affect your reliability rating. Your reliability score only reflects provider-initiated cancellations and no-shows.
• If you believe you should have received a cancellation payout but it hasn’t appeared in your account, please contact the Soothe Pro Support team at prosupport@soothe.com for assistance.

✅ Example: If a client cancels one hour before the scheduled start time (within the policy’s payout window), you’ll receive a cancellation payout in your next deposit.
