Checking in and out from your appointment

At Soothe, we offer a check-in and check-out feature that allows you to ensure the safety of our providers. By using this feature, you'll receive a timestamp indicating the exact time you checked in and out of your appointment via the provider app.

Checking in to an appointment

1. Open the Soothe Provider App Menu
2. Select the Appointments tab
3. Tap on your current appointment
4. Under Manage appointments, select the Check-in tab to properly check into your appointment.

Please note that you will be unable to check into your appointment until you arrive at the client's address.

Checking out of an appointment

1. Open the Soothe Provider App Menu
2. Select the Appointments tab
3. Tap on your current appointment
4. Under Manage appointments, select the Check-out tab to check out from your appointment.

• Properly check out from your appointment to ensure correct payout processing.
