Breaks are encouraged during your appointment/spa shift to allow recovery/rest time in between your sessions. If there is break implemented those details will be conveyed before confirmation.
Should you request to increase or decrease your break duration, please communicate directy with Staffing Support to make the necessary adjustments before your appointment to ensure accuracy in payment.
If there has been a change in your break after completion of the appointment, please communicate this to Staffing Support immediately or it can result in inaccuracies/delay of payment and future payment withholdings. Please note that all breaks are unpaid unless stated otherwise within your confirmation email.
