How to Update Your Payment Information

For your security, we cannot accept any payment details over chat, email, or phone. Please follow the steps below to update your payment information directly through the Soothe mobile app.

1. Open the Soothe app and tap the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the home page.
2. In the Account settings section, select the Payment Method tab.
3. Tap Add payment method to enter your updated card details.
4. Once you've entered the information, tap Save payment to securely store the new payment method on your account.

Please note that we will only authorize your card when you request a service. The funds will be captured only after your appointment with a Provider has been confirmed and completed.
