How to Cancel Your SoothePass® Membership
You can cancel your SoothePass® membership anytime, risk-free. Please note that cancellation is only available through the Soothe mobile app.
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- Log into the Soothe Mobile App
- Tap the Profile icon at the top right corner of the home page.
- Under Account Settings, select the SoothePass® tab.
- Tap Cancel Membership.
Important
- After canceling, you will lose access to any accrued membership points and discounts.
- Exclusive membership pricing and features will no longer be available.
- The SoothePass® option will not appear on the home screen of the app until you re-subscribe.
