How to Sign the Updated Agreement
You can sign your updated agreement either through the Soothe Provider app or via the therapist web portal. Follow the instructions below:
Sign Using the Soothe App
- Open the Soothe app and navigate to your Offers page.
- You will see a prompt to “View Agreements” at the top of the screen.
- Click on “View Agreements” to access the new agreement.
- Read through the agreement and scroll down to the bottom to sign.
• Note: You may be prompted to rotate your screen to complete the signature. - Once you sign and submit, the status will change from “Needs Attention” (red) to “Complete” (green).
- Make sure screen rotation is enabled on your device before signing.
Sign Using the Therapist Web Portal
- Open the Google Chrome browser on your phone or computer.
- Go to Soothe.com and log in to your therapist account.
- On the homepage, click “Edit Settings”.
- Select “View Platform User Agreement” from the options provided.
- Review the agreement and sign at the bottom of the document.
Troubleshooting Tips
•If you’re unable to sign on your mobile device, try using the therapist web portal as an alternative.
•Ensure your screen lock is disabled to allow screen rotation when signing in the app.
•If you experience any difficulties, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
