Soothe asks that any cancellation from a Soothe Partner appointment be communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment start time.

Cancellation from an Event and select Corporate Wellness appointments that does have digital scheduling paired with the appointment is not available via the App and must be canceled by contacting the Staffing Support Team at the following:
