Accessing the Partner Portal
You can access the login screen by visting business.soothe.com. Please note that to gain access to the partner portal, you will need to be invited by your account manager or an admin assigned to your property.
Accepting your invitation
Your invitation will be set to a vaild email address for setup. Once you receive your invitation, you will need to create a username and password combination. Each environment’s credentials are set up separately.
It is important that you complete this step promptly, as the invitation token will expire within 24 hours if no account is created. If you do miss the deadline, please reach out to the team member who invited you to resend the invitation.
Resetting your password
In the event that you forget your username or password, simply click on the 'forgot password' button located in the top right corner of the page. Enter your email address and you will receive a reset password link to regain access to the platform.
