Updating your app

To update your Soothe mobile app, follow the steps below:

For IOS users:

1. Open the App Store
2. Tap on your profile icon located at the top of the screen
3. If an update is currently available for Soothe, you will see the Update tab.
4. Select update to download the most recent version.

For Android users:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. At the top right-hand corner, tap the profile icon.
3. Select Manage apps & device. If an update is currently available for Soothe, you will see the Update tab.
4. Select update to download the most recent version.
