Using Inbox

Providers can find the Inbox tab within the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner of their mobile app. Within this tab, Announcements from Soothe can also be found.

In the case of a couple’s appointment, you can select to send a message to either the client or start a group chat with the client and partner provider.

A push notification and an email will be sent directly once a message is received.

A badge will appear on the inbox tab located within the hamburger menu indicating that you have an unread message.
