Tipping/Service Charges: Spa Staffing

It is standard for Spa gratuity to be processed on a bi-monthly basis.

• Shifts completed from the 1st - 14th will be processed on or around the 15th
• Shifts completed from the 15th - 30th/31st will be processed on or around the 1st of the following month

Should the Spa Partner opt to add gratuity earlier than the expected date you will see a pending gratuity payment for the applicable shift(s). Once processed, there is 24 hour waiting period to allow for any adjustments. Once the waiting period has passed, please allow up to an additional 1-3 business days for the payment to reflect depending on your financial institution.

We ask that any questions or concerns regarding gratuity be redirected to Soothe and not the client.
