Your special request rate is calculated by taking the number of special requests you complete, divided by the number of appointments you complete. If you special request rate is high, it means clients are continuing to rebook with you.
Only appointments over last 6 months are considered and a provider has to complete a minimum of 10 total appointments to receive a special request rate.
Example: A provider completes 20 appointments and 2 are rebooking requests, the special request rate would be 2/20 or 10%.
