Payouts have a 24-hour waiting period after appointment completion before processing payment to allow for any post-shift adjustments including but not limited to:

  • Change in shift start/end time
  • Change in break duration

Once the 24 -hour waiting period has passed, please allow up to an additional 1-3 business days for the payment to reflect depending on your financial institution.

Appointment payment statuses can be viewed within the App by following the steps:

  1. Select Activity within the menu option
  2. Select Earnings
  3. Payout history visibility can be filtered based on your needs.

If it has been more than 5 business days and no payment has been received, please reach out to Staffing Support for further assistance.
