Reliability Rate

The Reliability Rate is calculated by taking the total number of appointments you complete, divided by the number of appointments you accept. Appointments cancelled by clients will not impact your reliability rate.

Example: A provider completes 18 appointments and cancels 2 appointments from within the app, the reliability rate would be 18/20 or 90%

To view your reliability rating, follow the instructions below:

1. Open the provider menu and select the Activity tab
2. View your current reliability rate on the next screen.

To receive a reliability rating in the app, you must meet the following criteria:

• Complete a minimum of 10 in-home appointments

Please note, only appointments within the last 6 months are considered.
