Reactivating your account

If your account is currently inactive in the Soothe network and you wish to reactivate it, please Contact Us.

Once your request to reactivate your account is received, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your provider account via the mobile app.
  2. Click on the Menu and select the Account tab
  3. Scroll down and tap into the Verifications settings
  4. Navigate to the credentials flagged as Expired
    and select Update to start the process
  5. Follow the in-app prompts to submit the required documents.
  6. Under Settings, choose Therapist Agreement
  7. Review and sign the Therapist Agreement document.

Once your documents have been submitted, please review the following information:

  1. Update your Banking Information through Stripe.
  2. Update your preferred modailities and services.
  3. Set up your general service area.
  4. Set up Instant confirm.
  5. Set up your preferred Location Bundles

If a background check is required, please email and an Evident invite will be sent to you.
