If your account is currently inactive in the Soothe network and you wish to reactivate it, please Contact Us.
Once your request to reactivate your account is received, follow these steps:
- Log in to your provider account via the mobile app.
- Click on the Menu and select the Account tab
- Scroll down and tap into the Verifications settings
- Navigate to the credentials flagged as Expired
and select Update to start the process - Follow the in-app prompts to submit the required documents.
- Under Settings, choose Therapist Agreement
- Review and sign the Therapist Agreement document.
Once your documents have been submitted, please review the following information:
- Update your Banking Information through Stripe.
- Update your preferred modailities and services.
- Set up your general service area.
- Set up Instant confirm.
- Set up your preferred Location Bundles
If a background check is required, please email prosupport@soothe.com and an Evident invite will be sent to you.
