Rating your client

Easily provide a rating for your client after the session has been completed within your provider app.

Follow the steps below to rate your client:

  1. Open the Main Menu
  2. Select the Appointments tab
  3. Under Past Appointments, select the appropriate appointment
  4. Scroll down to the Manage appointments section and select Rate and Review
  5. Leave a rating for your client and add additional comments.

Please note that any rating under 4 stars will be reviewed by our internal Customer Support Team.
