Easily provide a rating for your client after the session has been completed within your provider app.
Follow the steps below to rate your client:
- Open the Main Menu
- Select the Appointments tab
- Under Past Appointments, select the appropriate appointment
- Scroll down to the Manage appointments section and select Rate and Review
- Leave a rating for your client and add additional comments.
Please note that any rating under 4 stars will be reviewed by our internal Customer Support Team.
