If you have paid for parking at your appointment, you can request reimbursement of up to $25!

Simply snap a picture of your parking receipt and submit it in the Soothe App after completing the appointment. For faster processing of your reimbursement, please make sure the image is clear and all information is visible.

Please note: you must rate and review your appointment prior to submitting your parking reimbursement.

If there are any issues with submitting the request, please Contact Us with the appointment information and receipt attached.

A note from our Safety team: Soothe will never require a provider to drive with a client to another location to perform a treatment. If a client specifies this in the parking instructions, we highly encourage cancelling the appointment and reporting their account to us immediately. Your safety comes first.
