Insurance coverage

Massage therapists on the network will be required to show proof of insurance on a yearly basis to remain active.

Professional liability insurance should meet the following requirements:

• Coverage must include massage as a service.
• Coverage must include at least $1,000,000 in per occurrence/per claims coverage
• Coverage must include at least $2,000,000 in aggregate coverage

When submitting proof of coverage to Evident it will be necessary to submit your COI (certification of insurance) in PDF format to be processed, if it is not in this format it will not be accepted and you will be asked to resubmit in the correct format.
