I was asked to depart early/stay late for my Partner Appointment/Shift

If the Spa/Partner has requested for you to depart early or extend an appointment, please immediately notify the Soothe Staffing Support team to make any necessary adjustments to ensure the accuracy of your payout if applicable.

Delay in communicating any changes to an appointment/shift can resulve in overpayment and/or further delay any additional payment owed.

Please note that you are not paid additionally for an extension that is required due to a Provider's late arrival.
