If the Spa partner has requested for you to depart early or extend an appointment, please immediately notify the Soothe Staffing Support team to make any necessary adjustments to ensure the accuracy of your payout, if applicable.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Your payout will only reflect the hours worked in the instance the Partner has requested an early departure.
  • Delay in communicating any changes to an appointment or shift can result in overpayment or delay in any additional payment owed.
  • You are not paid additionally for an extension that is required due to your (the Provider) late arrival.
