Couple’s appointments offer a unique opportunity to deliver a memorable and relaxing experience for clients. As a Soothe provider, it is essential to collaborate effectively with your partner provider and communicate with the client if any adjustments are needed.
Below are the steps and best practices for handling couple’s appointments.
1: Confirm the Appointment Details
Review the client’s request in the Soothe Provider app to confirm the session details, including:
Number of guests (2 clients for a couple’s session).
Date, time, and location of the appointment.
2: Coordinate with Your Partner Provider
Once the appointment is confirmed, use the Inbox tab in the Soothe app to message your assigned partner provider.
Introduce yourself and confirm that both of you are aligned on the timing, location, and session details.
Coordinate your arrival time to ensure a seamless setup and start.
3: If a Partner Provider Is Not Assigned
If a partner provider is unavailable for the couple’s session:
Message the client directly via the Inbox tab.
Politely explain the situation and inquire if the client would be open to a back-to-back massage session with one provider.
“Hi [Client’s Name], this is [Your Name] from Soothe. I noticed that a second provider is not yet assigned for your couple’s session. If it works for you, I would be happy to offer a back-to-back session instead. Please let me know your preference.”
- Contact Support to update the booking in the app as needed, based on the client’s response.
4: Delivering a Seamless Experience
Arrive promptly at the scheduled time, and ensure you bring all necessary equipment (e.g., massage tables, linens, oils).
Communicate with your partner provider on-site to:
Coordinate setup and teardown.
Maintain a professional and cohesive experience for the clients.
If performing a back-to-back session, ensure smooth transitions between clients while maintaining professionalism and care.
Keep the Inbox tab open for communication updates from the client or partner provider.
If you encounter any issues, reach out to Soothe Support for assistance.
Always prioritize professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication to ensure client satisfaction.
