Payouts for Employee Wellness appointments that are not paired with digital scheduling have a 24-hour waiting period after appointment completion before processing payment to allow for any post-appointment adjustments including but not limited to:
- Change in appointment start/end time
- Change in break duration
Once the 24 -hour waiting period has passed, please allow up to an additional 1-3 business days for the payment to reflect depending on your financial institution.
Appointment payment statuses can be viewed within the App by following the steps:
- Select Activity within the menu option
- Select Earnings
- Payout history visibility can be filtered based on your needs.
Payouts for Employee Wellness appointments that are paired with digital scheduling, are issued within 1-2 business days after completion of the appointment via direct deposit. Once processed, please allow up to an additional 1-2 business days for payment to reflect depending on your financial institution.
If it has been more than 5 business days and no payment has been received, please reach out to Staffing Support for further assistance.
