If the Spa/partner has requested for you to depart early or extend an appointment, please immediately notify the Soothe support team to make any necessary adjustments to ensure the accuracy of your payout if applicable. This also applies for shifts that the Partner has directly requested you but have not been added to the Soothe App.

  • Soothe One-Time Events: We understand extensions may happen at the time of the event, you may accept them if available, but the client must communicate extensions to Soothe for your payout to be updated correctly for your time.

Delay in communicating changes to an appointment/shift can result in overpayment and/or delay in any additional payment owed. Please note that you are not paid additionally for an extension that is required due to a Provider's late arrival.
