Soothe Partner clients have the option to add gratuity before or after completion of the appointment and will be deposited to your account separately from your base payout
- If gratuity has been provided BEFORE the appointment, it will be processed within 24-48 hours after the appointment has been completed.
- If gratuity has been provided AFTER completion of appointment, once received it will be processed within 24-48 hours.
Soothe encourages partner clients to provide a gratuity for Providers, but this is not guaranteed for every appointment or event. If working a Soothe Corporate Wellness appointment, the company (Client) will standardly provide any gratuity and not the employees. Under no circumstances can Providers request a tip or put out a tip jar. However, if the client or employees choose to tip of their own volition while onsite, please feel free to accept!
We ask that any questions or concerns regarding gratuity be redirected to Soothe and not the client.
