We want to hear from you!

After every appointment, Providers are asked to rate their experience anonymously.

Once your rating is submitted, our dedicated Trust and Safety team reviews any rating below four stars.

Clients with a low average score are proactively investigated and appropriate action is taken.

This helps us maintain the quality of the clients in our community and offers an extra layer of confidence when booking appointments.
