We understand if your Client wasn't quite the right fit.

You can easily and anonymously prevent a future booking by blocking the client through the following three places in your app:

  • Past appointments
  • My Clients
  • Past inbox messages

Select the appropriate inbox message, tap on the 3 dots ⋮ in the top right corner to submit a safety report.

Just tap, select the most relevant reason for the block and add any details you feel comfortable sharing.

Once blocked, restricted clients cannot message you via inbox, will not be assigned to appointments with you, and any upcoming appointments with that client will be canceled automatically.

If you would like to work with a client you have blocked in the past, you can see your list of 'Restricted clients' and unblock at any time.

Don't forget our safety team is available if you also would like to report the client at any stage.
