Providers may initiate a message thread to clients from the appointment details screen or Inbox tab.

  1. Select the Menu tab located in the top left-hand corner.
  2. Click on the Appointments tab and locate the appropriate appointment under the upcoming or past appointment's section.
  3. Under Manage Appointments, select the Contact tab to initiate a conversation.

In the case of a couple’s appointment, providers may choose to send the message to either the client or start a group chat with the client and partner provider.
