Viewing your clients

Now you can manage, re-engage and message your clients directly, all through the Provider mobile app!

Simply open your app, tap the hamburger menu in the top-left corner and tap 'My Clients'.

Note: The app must be updated to version 5.2.0

This feature allows you to do several key actions with all clients with whom you've completed at least one appointment:

  1. Search for clients: Gone are the days of endlessly scrolling to find a previous client. Now you can use the search bar to find your client by name, sort alphabetically or by recency.
  2. Initiate a message: Once you're ready to re-engage, you can contact your past client through the list which takes you to your Inbox.
  3. View all appointment history: Not only can you see all past appointments, you'll be able to see the appointment history of each client.
  4. View the client's preferences: Checking their preferences before re-engaging allows for a personal touch when itiaiting a future appointment.
  5. Block a client: We understand not every client will be a perfect fit, which is why we've allowed you to block a client from your list. Your safety is paramount, if there is any further concern, please know you can report your client via the block function or Contact Us.
