To reset your Soothe password, ensure you have the latest app version and log out before accessing the password reset link.

You can request a link to reset your Soothe password by visiting the following:
Reset your password

  • Select Forgot Password
  • Enter the email address associated with your Soothe Provider account
  • An email will be sent to you that includes a new link to reset your password

  1. Visit
  2. Click on Book Now
  3. Select Login
  4. Enter the email address associated with your account, select continue
  5. Click on Forgot Password
  6. Open the email and select Reset Password
  7. Enter your password and continue
  8. Proceed to sign in with your new password

If you're not able to reset your password, visit this page on your destop or mobile browser.

We recommend using a strong, unique password. A strong password is:

  • 12+ characters
  • Upper and lowercase letters
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character (~`!@#$%^&*()-_+={}[]|;:"<>,./?)
  • Not a word that can be found in a dictionary or the name of a person, character, product, or organization
  • Significantly different from your previous passwords
  • A phrase that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess

Please note that after 5 failed login attempts your account will be locked for 1 hour.
